We aim to process confirmed orders on the same or the next business day, depending on product availability and fulfillment arrangements.

Orders are dispatched from fulfillment locations in the Netherlands, Germany, or France. The dispatch location may vary according to the product and its availability.

Processing and delivery estimates do not include delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Cost: €4.95.

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Insured Express Shipping

Our insured express shipping option costs €4.95 and has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

 

The applicable insurance or carrier protection is subject to the terms of the shipping service used. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

 

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period or arrives damaged, contact info@aurixaplay.com with your order number and any relevant photographs or delivery information.

 

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, coordinate with the shipping provider to determine the next steps.

 

Nothing in this policy excludes any delivery obligations or consumer rights that apply under law.
