Your Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions established by law.
For an order consisting of physical goods, the withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If an order contains several goods delivered separately, the period generally begins when you or your designated recipient receives the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You can notify us by email at info@aurixaplay.com or by another clear statement communicating your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract.
Please include your order number, name, and the products concerned so that we can identify your order.
You do not have to provide a reason for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Once you have notified us, we will provide instructions for returning the goods.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at info@aurixaplay.com.
We will try to stop the order if fulfillment has not progressed too far.
However, cancellation before dispatch cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been handed to a shipping provider.
If an order is successfully cancelled and payment has already been collected, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected even if an order can no longer be stopped before dispatch.
Returning Goods After Withdrawal
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of informing us of your decision, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Please contact us before sending the return so that we can provide the
correct return instructions.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning, where
permitted by law.
Refunds After Withdrawal
We will reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, where required by law.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to the legal right to withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been agreed without additional cost to you.
Any additional delivery cost arising from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option will not be refunded where permitted by law.
Cost of Returning Goods
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following withdrawal if this obligation was properly communicated before purchase and applicable law permits it.
If the return is necessary because of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, we will bear the costs we are legally required to bear.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts specified by law. Depending on the circumstances, exceptions may include goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalized goods, and certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
An exception applies only where the legal requirements are satisfied.
